Job Description
University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Facilitator to support the wellbeing, comfort and experience of patients on Andrew Ward.
You will provide compassionate engagement, therapeutic activities and advocacy to improve daily hospital life.
The role focuses on distraction, mealtime support, patient voice, and activity planning, with colleagues across the multidisciplinary team to deliver consistent care.
