Requirements
Essential Requirements
Certificate IV in Fitness / Personal Training (or equivalent)
Full Australian working rights (Australian Citizen,



Permanent Resident, or unrestricted work rights)
Availability to work early mornings and evenings, particularly during your first year
Strong work ethic and growth mindset

U.P. does not provide Personal Trainer qualifications and so requires all applicants to have already attained their Cert 4 qualification in Personal Training, or an equivalent qualification.
All candidates must have a valid right to work in Australia, e.g. citizenship or permanent residency.
We require candidates to also have the right to work at our company for at least 12 months.
We invest heavily in the education of our staff and offer long term careers, therefore, unfortunately, part-time or 6 months of work won't be considered.
