TAL Australia is hiring for a Customer Experience role across Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane in a hybrid setting.
Join a friendly, supportive team and start with structured life insurance training.
You will be the first point of contact, resolve queries on the spot, perform light admin, assist with escalations, and follow privacy rules.
Rotating roster is 8am–7pm, Monday–Friday (NSW hours).
