Job Description
Alzheimer's Queensland is seeking passionate Community Support Assistants to join our Toowoomba community care team on a casual basis.
You will support aged clients 65+ in their homes, delivering person-centred care and helping them stay connected with their community.
You will play a meaningful role in enabling clients to remain engaged in their community while maintaining independence and wellbeing.
The role requires valuable communication, time management and reliable transport.
