Job Description
A unique AV integration business with business hubs in across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane are looking to bring a technically minded Workplace Support Engineer into the business.
The business specializes in delivering MS Teams and Zoom meeting rooms for corporate and government clients.
About the role
You will be the go-to person working onsite with a specific client providing support for platforms and hardware.
Resolving support issues, liaising with vendors, & troubleshooting where required.
Requirements
Experience supporting Microsoft Teams / Zoom environments
Worked acrosscorporate/enterpriseclients
Support and troubleshooting skill set
Hands on capabilities - this can be learnt
Bonus
$100,000 +Super
