Job Description
Kollab Recruitment Group is seeking a Relief Manager for a permanent role in a remote mining village in SA.
The position uses a FIFO 8/6 roster with flights, accommodation, meals and uniforms covered while on site.
You will take full charge of operations, budget, and relationships on site during rotations.
The ideal candidate has a chef background, solid P&L; management skills, and experience supervising labour in hospitality or remote site operations.
