We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Classroom Teacher to join our staff in Term 1, ****. The year level is yet to be determined.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a sound knowledge of contemporary teaching and learning practices and an ability to plan, implement and assess purposeful learning programs that respond to student needs. They will use assessment and evidence to inform their practice and support students to make meaningful progress in their learning.
The ability to differentiate learning and provide appropriate adjustments for students with diverse learning needs is essential. The successful applicant will establish transparent expectations and routines and contribute to a positive classroom culture that supports student engagement, wellbeing and a strong sense of belonging.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to develop respectful and productive relationships with students, families and colleagues. The successful applicant will work collaboratively within teams, contribute to shared planning and decision-making, and actively participate in the life of the school.
A commitment to professional learning, reflection and continuous improvement is essential.
