South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Health Coordinator at Liverpool Hospital to provide culturally safe, person-centred support to Aboriginal patients accessing alcohol and other drug services.
You will assist navigation of health and community services and advocate for social, emotional and cultural needs.
