Job Description
ALH Hotels in Adelaide seeks a State Executive Sous Chef to drive culinary excellence and commercial performance across South Australia venues.
You will lead Head Chefs, develop menus, and manage supplier relations while upholding food safety standards.
The role requires multi-site kitchen leadership, a trade qualification, a current Driver's Licence and HACCP certifications.
Travel within the state is expected with a company vehicle provided.
