Home Lands Group is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented Manager – Sales to join our Melbourne operations.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
10+ years of proven sales experience
Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field
MBA will be an added advantage
Ability to communicate effectively in Sinhala
Tamil will be an added advantage
Solid negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision
Motivational personality with a strong "CAN-DO" attitude
Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
Real estate experience is NOT mandatory
