Job Description
Randstad and ALPA are seeking a Senior Case Manager to lead and support Junior Case Managers and Cultural Mentors.
You will work across pre-release, on-release, and post-release stages to help participants reconnect with community, culture, and services, empowering sustainable employment and education pathways.
You will lead with empathy, collaborate with Elders and families, and mentor a team to foster a supportive, community-led workplace in the REAL Program.
