Job Description
UNIQLO Australia is recruiting new graduates into the UNIQLO Management Candidate (UMC) program.
You'll start in a store with the goal of becoming Store Manager within 12 months, learning operations from cleaning to replenishment and beyond.
You'll receive hands-on training in retail management, lead a team, and progress to senior roles or other functional areas within UNIQLO globally.
This is a full time role across Australia with relocation support where applicable.
