Tip Top Bakeries in Ermington, NSW, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a large frontline team in a rapid-paced, high-volume food manufacturing environment, reporting to the Production Manager.
You will drive operational performance, build team capability, champion a strong safety culture and identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste and maximise plant performance.
