As aSenior Digital Health Analystin ourOrders Team, you'll contribute to the delivery of electronic ordering capabilities that enable clinicians to request medications, pathology, imaging, procedures and other clinical services through a single statewide digital health platform.
The Orders Team is part of theSingle Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program, one of the largest digital health transformations in Australia, working in partnership with clinicians, health services and technical specialists across NSW Health to design and optimise safe, efficient and standardised clinical workflows that enhance patient care and support informed clinical decision-making.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of theSDPR transformation, helping deliver statewide electronic ordering capabilities that will change how clinicians request and manage medications, pathology, imaging, procedures and other clinical services.
You'll work across clinical workflows, digital health solutions, system configuration and testing, contributing to the implementation and optimisation ofEpic and the SDPR platformwhile partnering with clinicians, health services and technical teams across NSW Health.




If you have extensive experience in configuring workflows forBlood Management, Adult, Neonatal and Paediatric Intensive Care, Medical Imaging or Medication Management workflowsin electronic systems we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you will:
Leadthe analysis and documentation of current and future-state clinical workflows, business requirements and configuration solutions for digital health products.
Partnerwith clinicians, health services and technical teams to translate complex clinical and technical requirements into practical, user-focused solutions.
Facilitatestakeholder engagement, design discussions and governance forums to support informed decisions and successful implementation.
Supportconfiguration, testing and resolution activities, including investigating defects, raising test issues and contributing to continuous improvement.
Contributeto product backlog management, including refinement and prioritisation of work, defects and enhancements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
HoldTertiary qualificationsin Health such as Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health or Health Information Management and/or extensive experience working in a public healthcare setting You have demonstrated experience implementing digital health solutions within a clinical care or public healthcare environment, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows and models of care.
Translatingclinical needs into clear business requirements, workflows and practical digital solutions within complex healthcare environments.
Buildingstrong relationships with clinical, technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicating complex concepts in clear, plain language.
Supportingsystem configuration, testing,



issue investigation and resolution across complex digital health projects.
Collaboratingin a rapid-paced transformation environment, balancing competing priorities and contributing to continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

This role may require evening, night, weekend and/or shift work, in accordance with operational needs and Award provisions.
This recruitment may be used to establish a Talent Pool for similar roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
To be eligible for this role you must have current Australian work rights (Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen with a current passport, or hold a valid visa with permission to work in Australia).
Successful candidates may be required to complete multiple virtual Epic training sessions and Epic orientation, all scheduled in U.S. time.
For this role 'Exempt' is refers to a fixed term contract of more than 13 weeks
