Are you a motivated and customer service focused person with administrative experience who would love to join our amazing Outpatient team?
You will be providing an efficient and effective administrative service within the Outpatient Department attending to patients and staff over the phone and face-to-face.
External add for 2 weeks.
Available - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.00am-4.30pm

What you'll be doing

This role provides a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable the RADIUS, Hospital in the Home (HiTH) and Treatment Unit of The Sutherland Hospital to achieve its objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.
The Administration Officer,
Outpatient Clinics coordinates outpatient clinic bookings and provides a range of administrative, secretarial and clerical support services to enable Sutherland Hospital outpatient services to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and productive manner.
Please note: This temporary role is a job share arrangement and as such the days of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are not negotiable at this stage.

Selection Criteria
Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks under general instruction requiring minimal supervision.
Experience in responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment.
Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use computer hardware, software applications and electronic systems at the basic level.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
