You'll work with Senior Engineers, gaining hands-on exposure to paste fill operations, daily production reporting, and weekly scheduling, with mentorship to develop toward a Senior Backfill Engineer role as the mine scales.
This role suits someone with a solid underground mining foundation, a proactive mindset, and solid communication.
