Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced TLM Support Engineer - L3 Prod Support to provide application support, monitoring, incident management, and operational stability for the Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) platform.
The role involves supporting trade processing workflows, investigating production issues, collaborating with business and technology teams, and ensuring smooth transaction processing across financial systems.
Required Experience
3 to 5 years of experience inApplication/ProductionSupport.
Experience supporting TLM (Transaction Lifecycle Management) applications.




Knowledge of trade lifecycle processes in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Treasury domains.
Experience in incident, problem, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support TLM production environments.
Investigate and resolve transaction processing failures and reconciliation issues.
Analyze application logs, system alerts, and batch processing failures.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Handle L2/L3 support activities and participate in on‐call support rotations.
Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and development teams to resolve issues.
Support system upgrades, releases, and production deployments.
Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational procedures.
