About the Role
This role would suit a technically adept and personable office administrator - someone with solid systems experience and a knack for explaining things clearly, even if you haven't worked in a formal training role before.
This is a newly created position supporting the rollout and everyday use of the company's ERP system (Oracle Fusion) across their Australian operations.
You'll be the go-to person for maintenance personnel, planners, supervisors and site-based users needing guidance and basic support on the system - from technicians on the floor right through to workshop managers, maintenance managers and supervisors.
Full training on the system itself will be provided - you don't need any prior experience with it,
just comfort using an ERP system day-to-day (SAP or similar is fine).
You don't need a maintenance or engineering background either - this role is about systems support and clear communication, not technical maintenance knowledge.
The position starts as a contract position but is highly likely to move to permanent relatively quickly for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver straightforward, practical system training to site personnel, via Teams and face-to-face
Create and maintain simple guides, step-by-step instructions and training materials
Be the first point of contact for day-to-day system questions, resolving or escalating where needed
Help users navigate work orders, asset records, inventory transactions, requisitions and procurement processes
Flag recurring issues and work with the wider Maintenance, Supply Chain and IT teams on improvements
Travel periodically to Australian operations to provide in-person support
Build positive working relationships with site teams and gather feedback to keep improving how training is delivered
About You
Essential
Experience using any ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or similar) - specific system experience not required, full training provided
Comfortable explaining things clearly to people with different levels of system experience
Excellent systems and administrative experience
Good written communication skills - able to put together simple, clear guides and instructions
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Desirable
Any experience training, coaching or showing others how to use a system
Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Personal Attributes
Friendly, patient and approachable
Organised, with a genuine interest in helping people and improving how things work
Able to explain things simply, without overcomplicating
Comfortable talking to people at all levels of the business, from technicians to managers
In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment.
This equates to 21 lives enhanced every day!
