Job Description
The Sydney Boulevard Hotel is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our Restaurant, Bar & Events Team in Sydney's CBD.
Provide effective, friendly service and uphold high hygiene and service standards.
You will oversee onboarding, training, rostering, and ensure RSA and liquor licensing compliance while driving revenue through product knowledge.
Minimum 2 years F&B; experience, RSA certificate, and ability to work varied shifts are essential.
