Job Description
CARED is seeking a NDIS Service Navigation & Intake specialist to own referrals from enquiry to booking, thriving in ambiguity and helping to deliver a faster, more human allied health experience.
You will join a small, fun team and contribute to a growing health-tech startup.
You will ideally bring 3+ years in customer service or related healthcare intake roles, solid phone and written communication, and experience using CRM or scheduling systems.
Hybrid work is available after onboarding.
