Job Description
Crumble is seeking a Growth & Acquisition Lead to own paid media strategy, creative testing, and lifecycle marketing in a hands-on role.
You'll work directly with the Founder on growth, managing Meta and Google ads and coordinating with external agencies.
Based in Australia with hybrid or remote work, you'll own budgets, CAC, ROAS, MER, and build a rapid-paced acquisition calendar that aligns with product drops and inventory.
