Catholic Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a home-based community role across Northern Sydney, NSW.
This permanent position is available as full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days) with travel between clients and flexible schedule.
You will perform comprehensive OT assessments, develop home modification and equipment prescriptions, support wellness and reablement, and work with a multidisciplinary team to help older adults live safely at home.
