We're partnering with afast-growing Australian lifestyle brandlooking for a Social Content Creator to join their team and take ownership of their organic social presence across Instagram and TikTok.
This is a genuinely hands‐on creative role.
You'll be across the whole process, from spotting a trend and pitching an idea, to grabbing the camera, editing the content and seeing it live.
You'll have plenty of room to experiment, test new ideas and make your mark on a growing brand.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Thinkcontent creation first, with a healthy dose of social strategy, community and creativity.
Dream up and create Reels, TikToks, Stories and UGC-style content
Film and edit short‐form video from concept through to final cut
Keep your finger on the pulse of TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, formats and creators
Turn products, launches, campaigns and brand moments into content people actually want to watch
Help plan and manage the social content calendar
Work with influencers and creators across gifting, UGC and collaborations
Get involved in content days and shoots
Keep the community engaged through comments and DMs
Keep an eye on performance and use the data to make the next piece of content stronger
Bring new ideas to the table, lots of them!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who iscreative, curious and genuinely lives and breathes social.
You'll ideally have:
2+ years' experience in social media, content creation or a similar role




Experience workingin-house or agency-side
A portfolio that showcases content you have personally created
Solid filming and editing skills, particularly short‐form video
A natural understanding of what works on Instagram and TikTok
A great eye for aesthetics, storytelling and detail
Experience using CapCut, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
The confidence to take an idea from "what if we tried this?" to actually making it happen
Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in
Experience withinfashion, beauty, lifestyle, interiors, parenting or eCommercewould be a bonus.
