Position Description
Reporting directly into the AR Manager and working as part of a team of 3, your daily tasks will include the following duties:
Daily bank reconciliations
Allocating/receipting payments
Issuing invoices
Ensuring productive credit/collections procedures
Handling customer queries
Administration duties
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role along with the following attributes:
Ideally have worked in professional services industry
Strong communication skills
The ability to liaise with a multitude of stakeholders
Strong reconciliation skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
