Wesfarmers Health is seeking an Order Fulfilment Manager for our Melbourne Distribution Centre to lead a dedicated team on all fulfilment activities.
You will optimize staffing, train staff for peak periods, and drive improvements to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and accurately.
You will partner with Inventory and Replenishment Managers to improve picking productivity, perform QA checks, and address issues promptly, while upholding safety and compliance across shifts.
