Field Mining Services Group is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our West Coast People & Culture team in Western Australia.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding to mobilise skilled employees and subcontractors for mining and civil projects.
You'll partner with operational leaders, write adverts, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure site-ready onboarding while maintaining accurate records and contributing to continuous improvement.
