Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Mixed Animal Veterinarian to join a well-established regional practice offering a genuine blend of approximately 70% companion animal and 30% large animal work.
The caseload includes beef cattle, sheep and equine patients alongside everyday small animal medicine and surgery, providing plenty of variety for a clinician who enjoys working across different species.
This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and current graduates, with practical mentoring available for those wanting to strengthen their mixed-practice skills.
Full-time is preferred, although part-time arrangements can also be considered, and there is optional exposure to dairy work for veterinarians interested in broadening their production animal experience.
Qualifications Needed:
Veterinary qualification with eligibility for registration in New South Wales
Around two or more years of experience preferred, although new graduates are welcome
Interest or experience across both companion and large animal medicine
Strong communication skills with a practical, team-focused approach
Motivation to continue developing mixed-practice clinical capability
Package:
Full-time or part-time working arrangements available
$10,000 sign-on bonus following a successful six-month period for eligible experienced full-time veterinarians
