Job Description
ALH Hotels' Ferny Grove Tavern is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, a role at a local favourite where pub classics meet plates locals can't get enough of.
The position offers a base salary from $85,000 plus super, bonus, and group-wide discounts, with responsibilities including commanding the kitchen, leading a team, and maintaining safe, profitable operations.
You'll work closely with the Publican and FOH team to deliver excellent food every shift.
