About the Roles
Reporting to a Payroll Team Leader or Payroll Manager, these roles will support the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services.
Depending on the position, responsibilities will include end-to-end payroll processing, resolving complex payroll matters, supporting junior team members and partnering with key stakeholders.
Duties
Processing end-to-end payroll




Managing new starters, terminations and employee changes
Completing leave calculations, back payments and payroll adjustmentsInterpreting Awards, EBAs and relevant payroll legislation
Responding to payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
Processing superannuation, PAYG and payroll reconciliations
Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies
Supporting payroll projects and process improvements
Skills and Experience
Previous experience processing Australian payroll
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, Awards and EBAs
Experience working within complex or high-volume payroll environments
Strong reconciliation and payroll calculation skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously and meet strict payroll deadlines
Availability to commence immediately or at short notice
