Complete work assigned by a nominated Production Manager/Leading Hands
Participate in manufacturing and assembly of roller shutters and other door types
Locate, pull, and verify materials and supplies listed on production orders
Load and unload vehicles and trucks
Carry and move goods
Weld frames and guides for counterweight doors
Perform general assembly of roller shutters
Use hand-held tools including chisels, saws, and hammers
Operate powered hand-held tools including drills, routers, sanders, and grinders
Operate or assist with other powered workshop machinery
Perform basic daily and weekly workshop machinery maintenance
Clean and maintain work areas
Train less experienced staff in standard manufacturing procedures
Maintain quality control by following established QC procedures
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience
Experience in manufacturing and fabrication highly regarded
Proactive and self-driven
Ability to complete assigned work within reasonable timeframes and to a high standard of quality
Ability to follow established standard manufacturing procedures and safe operating procedures




Ability to participate in online psychometric testing, medical assessments including Alcohol & Other Drug testing, and face-to-face interviews if requested
