We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Guidewire to drive PolicyCenter development initiatives.
This role will play a critical part in shaping solutions, capturing requirements, and supporting ongoing platform enhancements.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations and change initiatives.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane).
What You'll Do
Lead and manage business analysis activities across PolicyCenter development changes
Capture, define, and document business and functional requirements
Act as the primary liaison with SMEs and stakeholders to define solutions for developers
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements aligned with Guidewire capabilities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across BA practices and delivery processes
Establish and embed effective ways of working across teams
Influence stakeholders and contribute to strategic change and transformation initiatives
What You'll Bring
Robust experience as a Guidewire PolicyCenter Business Analyst
Proven ability to mentor junior/mid-level analysts
Experience in PolicyCenter development/enhancement projects
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills




Strong understanding of Agile delivery environments
Ability to influence change and drive improvements across teams
