IUIH is seeking a Helpdesk Support Officer to provide client service for software and hardware issues, with phone and remote support coverage.
You will handle calls, emails and tickets, delivering first-level support and guiding end users through resolutions.
The role requires a current Queensland C Class Driver's Licence and a valid Criminal History Check, with a focus on culturally secure service delivery within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
