Job Description
Epworth Geelong is seeking a casual Social Worker (Grade 1 or 2) to provide comprehensive social work services.
The role focuses on psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, and family-inclusive care within a collaborative clinical team at Epworth Geelong.
The successful candidate will have hospital experience, a minimum of three years in social work, and knowledge of the Victorian aged care sector.
AASW eligibility is preferred, with opportunities for supervision and skilled
