Endeavour Group is seeking casual Laboratory Technicians for the **** Vintage at Dorrien Estate Winery in the Barossa Valley.
The role involves routine analysis of juice, ferments and wine, with training provided.
Candidates should be able to work weekends and long shifts during January–May ****, maintaining SOPs and data accuracy.
Ideal applicants are detail-oriented, able to manage time well, and able to work autonomously within a small team while upholding safety and quality standards.
