Job Description
Supporting Independent Living Co-operative Ltd. in NSW seeks an experienced House Manager to lead a SIL home for two young men in their early twenties with non-verbal Level 3 autism.
This full‐time role combines 3 admin/leadership days (24 hours) with 2 on‐floor support days (14 hours), and requires a hands‐on, values‐driven leader focused on person‐centred supports grounded in active support.
You will work closely with families, behaviour practitioners, and allied health professionals to enable
