Sourcing/ProcurementManager- Infrastructure & Facilities
Join a high-performing procurement team in a role that goes beyond traditional procurement.
You'll lead sourcing, contracting and commercial projects across infrastructure, facilities, assets and operational technology, using data, market insight and commercial thinking to deliver better cost, risk and supplier outcomes.
What you'll do:
Lead strategic sourcing and contract management initiatives
Develop sourcing strategies, commercial analysis and negotiation plans
Partner with senior stakeholders across the business
Identify cost, risk, resilience and supplier improvement opportunities
Drive procurement transformation, analytics and continuous improvement
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing team




What we're looking for:
Demonstrated experience across procurement, commercial, contracting or consulting
Strong commercial and analytical capability
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Confident working with data, TCO and market intelligence
High energy, resilience and curiosity
Procurement experience is valued, but non-traditional backgrounds are encouraged - consulting, infrastructure, engineering, finance, analytics, technology, defence and major projects.
