Job Description
Meltwater in Sydney, Australia is seeking a strategic People Business Partner to drive a scalable, region-focused people strategy for ANZ & SEA.
You will blend hands-on execution with long-term planning to support employees and leaders.
This role partners with Legal, Accounting and HR colleagues, leads Talent processes, and guides managers on wellbeing, DEI, CSR, and hybrid work.
Robust HRIS (Workday) experience and excellent English communication are essential.
