Uniting is seeking a caring Care Worker for our Mobile Bus Service across Sydney to support older people to live with dignity, independence and connection.
This permanent part-time role (75 hours per fortnight) involves travelling on a bus, delivering person-centred care, promoting safety, respect and choice, and working with a friendly team to keep people engaged in their communities.
You'll bring a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent experience, excellent communication and
