Are you a high-performing B2B sales leader with a proven track record of hunting, pitching, and winning enterprise-level accounts?
We are looking for a driven and strategicCommercial Directorto lead our new business growth in Queensland.
In this pivotal sales leadership role, you will take full ownership of your market segment, engaging directly with senior C-suite stakeholders and decision-makers to secure key commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition:Identify, target, and win strategic new commercial clients with high-volume potential across Queensland.
Senior Stakeholder Engagement:Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers and C-level executives.
Segment & Pipeline Leadership:Own your target segment, actively manage a dynamic pipeline, and deliver clear market updates and strategy.
Seamless Onboarding:Partner closely with internal Account Management and Implementation teams to ensure smooth post-win client handovers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work alongside marketing on lead generation campaigns, participate in ongoing sales academy training,



and contribute to competitor and market intelligence.
CRM & Reporting:Maintain transparent sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and territory plans utilizing corporate CRM tools.
