What You'll Be Doing:
Responding to customer enquiries and consulting with families on memorial and cemetery options
Building robust relationships within the local community
Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
Managing leads and following up with prospective clients
Meeting sales targets and performance goals while delivering exceptional service
Maintaining accurate records and administration
Providing a professional, ethical and compassionate customer experience
About You




You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Proven sales experience in a service-focused environment
A track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
The ability to establish trust through honest and ethical conversations
Excellent communication and active listening skills
High levels of resilience, motivation and self-drive
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
High attention to detail with a commitment to confidentiality
Experience in industries such as banking, insurance, real estate, retail, automotive, hospitality, healthcare, aged care or customer contact centres will be highly regarded.
