Job Description
Melbourne Racing Club is seeking an Assistant Functions & Events Manager for its Food & Beverage Department, based at Caulfield Racecourse.
You will coordinate race day and non-race day events across Caulfield, Mornington and Sandown venues, ensuring high-energy, seamless guest experiences.
You will lead staff briefings, manage rosters, uphold RSA and liquor laws, mentor a casual staff pool, and collaborate with sales and event managers to meet client needs.
