ADENCO is a growing civil construction, groundwater management, and dewatering contractor delivering complex works across Western Australia's mining and infrastructure sectors. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to support tender development and produce accurate, competitive estimates across electrical and instrumentation scopes.

You will interpret drawings, develop BOQs, source supplier pricing and contribute to bid strategy and submissions. The role works closely with engineers, project managers and suppliers to ensure estimates reflect technical capability, compliance and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical installations, control systems and instrumentation
• Interpret drawings, specifications and scope documents
• Develop BOQs and structured pricing schedules
• Source supplier and subcontractor quotes
• Support tender submissions and bid documentation
• Maintain cost databases and estimation tools




• Contribute to planning, risk reviews and commercial assessments

Skills and Experience
• Electrical estimating experience within mining, utilities or infrastructure
• Solid understanding of Australian standards and mine‑spec compliance
• Experience with estimating software such as Expert Estimator or SimPRO
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation
• High attention to detail and robust commercial judgement
• Trade or engineering qualifications in electrical or instrumentation preferred
