A well-established mechanical services contractor with a 40+ year history delivering commercial HVAC and mechanical projects across NSW is looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their growing Newcastle team.

This business has built a strong reputation across commercial, healthcare, education, and government sectors, and currently has a strong pipeline of healthcare projects on the books — making this an ideal prospect for a PM with hospital or medical facility experience.

The Role
Manage the delivery of commercial HVAC/mechanical projects from award through to handover, with a particular focus on healthcare facilities
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec
Liaise with head contractors, consultants, and client representatives throughout the project lifecycle
Manage programming, procurement, variations, and project documentation
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and site-specific healthcare requirements (infection control, after-hours works,



etc.)
Drive a strong safety culture across all sites

About You
Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial HVAC/mechanical services
Healthcare project experience highly regarded — hospitals, aged care, or medical facilities
Robust understanding of mechanical systems, contracts, and construction programming
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Based in or willing to be based in Newcastle, with the flexibility to travel to sites as required
