Our client is looking for a Full Stack Developer who will lead architecture and quality across a large TypeScript monorepo while reviewing and approving AI generated code (Claude Code). Career defining chance to shape AI augmented development workflow by improving prompts, guardrails, and processes to keep code secure, scalable, and production ready. This is a hands-on technical leadership role shaping the future of AI assisted development and not a hands-on coding role.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead architecture across a large TypeScript monorepo (Next.js + NestJS).
Review and approve AI generated code (Claude Code).




Design and maintain multi-tenant systems, RBAC, workflow engines, and core modules.
Improve AI development workflows, prompts, and guardrails.
Maintain CI/CD, Docker Compose environments, and integrations (Keycloak, AD, Infisical).
Oversee Playwright E2E tests and ensure system reliability.

Skills Required:
10+ years software engineering experience.
Solid TypeScript, NestJS, SQL/ORM, and React/Next.js skills.
Deep understanding of full SDLC and enterprise architecture.
Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor).
Ability to spot subtle issues in AI generated code.
Comfortable working in an agile, AI accelerated setting.

Nice to Have:
Redis, BullMQ, MSSQL
Workflow/state machine experience
Playwright or Cypress
Secrets management (Infisical, Vault)
