Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Industrial Painting Supervisor with minimum NACE Level 1 certification to join our Asset Integrity team.
The successful candidate will lead abrasive blasting, surface preparation, and protective coating activities across Asset Integrity and structural projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
This role involves working on an 8:6 dayshift roster, FIFO ex Perth and offers a competitive hourly rate!
Key Responsibilities
Supervise industrial painting and blasting crews on site
Coordinate daily labour, equipment, materials, and work activities
Ensure coating preparation and application comply with project specifications
Complete inspections, quality documentation, and environmental monitoring
Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks, and daily work planning
Drive safety compliance, productivity, and schedule performance
Essential Requirements
S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate.
Current C Class driver's licence
Proven experience supervising industrial painting and blasting works.
Strong knowledge of abrasive blasting, protective coatings, and quality requirements.
Experience within mining, construction, or heavy industrial environments
Strong leadership and communication skills
Construction White Card
Working at Heights and Confined space within 2 years
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
National Police clearance within 12 months or willing to obtain
Previous experience supervising structural/Asset Integrity experience - highly regarded.
