REP Recruitment is partnering with a growing Melbourne property business looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help expand its Property Management division.

You'll walk into an existing pipeline of warm opportunities to convert, while still having the freedom to generate current business through your own network and external channels.

The role
Manage new business from initial enquiry through to conversion
Nurture and convert existing warm leads




Generate new opportunities through your own network
Develop relationships with referral partners and industry contacts
Build long-term relationships with prospective landlords and clients
Coordinate the onboarding of new managements
Identify current channels and opportunities for growth

About you
Must have previous experience in property, real estate or property management business development
Strong relationship-building and conversion skills
Commercially minded and proactive
Confident developing your own network and prospects
Motivated by growth and the opportunity to earn commission
Skilled fluency in Mandarin is essential, as the role regularly supports an established Mandarin-speaking client base
