The Project Lead is responsible for coordinating and managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from chance identification and proposal development through to project delivery and close-out.

Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Develop proposals, CTRs, schedules, and supporting project documentation.
Ensure all project documentation is completed to a high qualified standard.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong client relationships.
Liaise and coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress, risks, costs, and deliverables to achieve project objectives.
Support mobilisation planning and execution activities.
Facilitate communication between clients, project teams,



and management.
Drive projects to completion while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and commercial objectives.
Out-of-hours work may be required, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, during critical project execution phases. In recognition of this, time-in-lieu (TIL) is provided in accordance with company policy.

The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As some projects operate in a fast-paced workplace with short deadlines, the Project Lead must be adaptable, responsive, and willing to manage competing priorities to meet client and business requirements.
