We are a regional law firm with a progressive and cutting-edge attitude. Our head office is in Dubbo, with an additional regional office in Gilgandra. Our established general practice prides itself in finding local business and family solutions for our clients. The firm has been expanding rapidly in recent years and we wish to strengthen our presence to service and grow our existing client base.

The Position
This is an exciting prospect for a junior to intermediate lawyer with ambition for progression, to join our Dubbo Office on a full time basis and take our established Legal Practice to the next stage. The role is predominantly about providing quality legal services in a range of areas, including commercial law, leasing, conveyancing, wills and estates and commercial litigation.

Your duties include:
Working with our diverse client base across a wide range of legal services.
Prioritising, being flexible, working with and leading within the office.
Being conscious of budget and management requirements and / or targets.
Managing workflow both in-house and from external clients.
Planning work and completing tasks within time and budgetary constraints.




Developing negotiation and drafting skills.

Skills & Experience
Australian legal practising certificate
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
Commercial approach to creating solutions to our client's needs.
Ability to thrive in a regional area.

The successful candidate will have all the benefits of living in a major regional hub, with all services available. Dubbo is 4.5 hours from Sydney, 4 hours from Canberra, 4 hours from Newcastle and has direct daily flights to Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane.
