About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Production Worker to join our Composite Panel Manufacturing team in Molendinar.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role which involves working with epoxy resins, fibreglass and carbon reinforcements and operating specialised equipment .

You'll work as part of a small, experienced team in a busy production setting, with full training provided on our machinery and manufacturing processes.





Skills & Experience

While we’re happy to provide training to someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we’re also looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar hands-on workplace.
Is organised and pays positive attention to detail
Can follow product instructions and accurately complete basic production paperwork
Takes pride in working cleanly and safely
Is comfortable with hands-on and physical work
Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a small team
Can stay focused and work to production schedules
Forklift experience is also an advantage
