Established in 1959, Stoddart has been synonymous with stainless steel, steel and aluminium metal fabrication for over 60 years. We operate out of a state-of the-art facility in the southern suburbs of Brisbane, with an additional network of sales offices and warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. As a Warehousing & Despatch Worker, you will be responsible for accurate picking, packing and storage of stock from the warehouse, and goods manufactured on a just in time basis. The role also takes responsibility for container unloading. The nature of the work requires exceptional accuracy in packing of shipped goods.

8am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-2pm on Fridays

More specifically your duties will include the following:
Accurately identify stock on paperwork
Accurately pick stock




Manhandle stock and packaging
Accurately measure items
Measure and cut timber using a drop saw
Assemble crates/skids/etc using a nail gun
Record outgoing stock
Willingly accept other duties as directed

In determining suitability for the role, the following criteria are considered essential:
Knowledge in packing processes and systems
Knowledge in warehousing systems
Skilled in using hand and power tools
Ability to read/write English and undertake basic maths calculations
Ability to follow Work Instructions and Procedures
Licenced to operate a forklift (HR LF)
